The Dream

A short melodrama about miracles and memories: Elinor, an attractive and sentimental woman, narrates to the camera a miracle which has taken place in her life: After tragically losing her childhood memories, destiny had led her back to her first love, Aric. But the winding road back to her beloved’s arms passes through death, miracles and divine intervention. As the heroine tells the TV camera, life has lead her towards the mysterious moment, in which Elinor received blessing from the dead.

The film, starring the Israeli performance artist Adina Bar-On, studies with sensitivity and humor the ways in which the heroine builds and fabricates her life story.
